Terms and Conditions
1 Beever Dental guarantee all our HALO work for a period of FIVE YEARS from the laboratory delivery date. If any restoration fails due to break down or poor design we will repair or replace it at no charge (porcelain veneers are exempt). Warranty will become nullified if the patient does not attend their annual check-up, sustains breakage due to trauma or failure occurs due to oral health problems.
2 All accounts are payable within 28 days.
3 All items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received.
4 The company reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client.
5 The company reserves the right to charge interest on any account that becomes 60 days overdue at a rate of 5% per month which will be applied to the total amount outstanding including any previous interest charged.
6 Any legal fees or other costs required to collect an unpaid balance will be charged to the customer.
7 Accounts with balances unpaid for over 60 days will be processed only on a pay first basis.
9 A loss and handling charge is added to the weight of gold and precious alloys used and implant components.
10 Appliances are constructed to the specification prescribed on the laboratory prescription. The laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of that specification.
11 By fitting an appliance the client accepts that the laboratory has produced the appliance to the specification and satisfaction of the client.
12 All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
13 The client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing instructions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted by the laboratory.
14 The laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance. A product (crown/bridge/implant/mouth guard etc) that fits the master model poured from the original impression supplied and is fabricated to the specifications on the prescription, but subsequently has to be remade is not considered a remake.
15 Turnaround times are 1 week for most work and 2 weeks for implant diagnostic and all-ceramic work.
16 The laboratory will charge for express services for crown and bridge cases where the delivery date specified by the client determines that this service is required to enable delivery of the work on the date specified.
17 The laboratory endeavours to interpret and follow the client’s instructions correctly. If, however, a mistake is made, the laboratory will rectify the problem free of charge as quickly as our production technique allows. The laboratory will not compensate dentists’ fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind
